Summer Fun!

Every day is a gift, I realize this and these fun summer days are no exception. I feel so blessed. God has given me more than I deserve. Sweet Leighton!

My girl, my heart and soul. She's the only person I know that can make me angry and laugh at the same time. She is a MESS!!!! No moment (not one) is dull with miss drama around. I can't get enough of her smile.

Hair Cut, Day Camp, and Pictures

Anna Claire went to a cute little preschool Day Camp at our church/her school all of last week. She had fun and made some really cute crafts. Other Anna Claire news is she got her hair cut fairly short. She and daddy went to get haircuts last week (by my sis) and she came back with it about 4, maybe even 5 inches shorter and straight. It looks really cute, but kind of grown up. I'm not sure if we (she and I) like it short, the verdict is still out.

Here she's waiting with her booster seat for her friends to pick her up for camp....she was so excited to ride with Maggie, Olivia and Mrs. Lauren to and from camp (total 2 miles) that she had a hard time falling asleep the night before. :)

Father's Day

We had fun this weekend celebrating our Daddy's. Matt is such a sweet Daddy to our kids and I hope he knows how much we love him. Matt and I are also blessed to have father's that love us and our kids too. It is fun to watch them with their grandchildren.

We went to church and then to my parents for a little Father's Day lunch!



Matt's one request for the day was a BIG nap with his girl. It was a 3 hour one...I think he got his wish!

Fishing

Anna Claire got a Barbie fishing pole and daddy and grandpa took her fishing at Matt's Grandad's house. She had a great time.
